    India has a Parliamentary form of Government. The Indian Constitution possess all the essential characteristics of a federal Constitution. There is a system of double government in India such as the Central Government and the State Government . The powers of both the governments are also divided. In the State the Governor is regarded as the executive head of it.

A person may have millions but he or she cannot be happy if there is no dignity and freedom in their lives. if a person takes away the dignity and the freedom of another person, then it is a good as taking life and the worst possible crimes in today's world in this scenario would be the crime of human trafficking . Human trafficking involves the highest degree of human rights violation.
