Description
The Research paper deals with the ARTPSA and enforcement of the Act is only limited to the Kamrup District. The paper makes a detail investigation about the effectiveness of the Act in ensuring timely delivery of public services, enhancing transparency, and improving accountability. Additionally, the research will access the scope of services covered under the legistion in the Kamrup district. However, the study may have limitations. These constraints might include prohibitions on access to data and information, difficulties in acquiring accurate and up-to-date data on service delivery within the Kamrup district, and a lack of resources for completing an in-depth investigation. Furthermore, the research may face difficulties in evaluating qualitative components of service delivery, such as citizen satisfaction and the Act’s overall influence on strengthening governance and public service delivery.
