Description
This research study is confined to the cheques, bills receivable, bills payable and promissory notes. The scope of this study encompasses a comprehensive analysis of the history, fraudulent practices, legal framework, and remedies related to negotiable instruments. The study aims to provide a detailed examination of the impact of fraudulent practices on stakeholders involved in negotiable instruments, including financial institutions, businesses, and individuals. Additionally, the study will critically evaluate the effectiveness of existing legal mechanisms and explore potential avenues for enhancing legal protections against fraudulent activities. This study has certain limitations. The focus will primarily be on the legal aspects and implications of fraudulent activities, and it may not extensively cover specific case studies or detailed empirical data regarding the prevalence of fraudulent practices. Moreover, while the study aims to provide insights and suggestions for future research, it may not comprehensively evaluate all potential future research avenues related to this topic.
