Description
This dissertation explores the distribution of assets and its impact on stakeholders under the IBC, 2016, with a focus on the waterfall mechanism, it includes an in-depth analysis of distribution of assets after liquidation of the corporate debtor, considering the interest of all stakeholders. The study also includes an examination of asset distribution mechanisms in the UK and the USA. Additionally, it explores the legal framework, judicial interpretation, and recent developments in asset distribution.
