dc.description.abstractIndia along with other countries who are rich in traditional medicinal knowledge are facing problems due to patent protection granted to the developed countries who are using these traditional medicinal knowledge for making pharmaceutical drugs without giving any recognition to these communities. Traditional medicinal Knowledge is one of its products which is present from Pre-vedic. The question here arises how to protect these traditional medicinal knowledge from being exploited.en_US
