Description
This research aims to comparatively and critically examine the varying legislative and
judicial interpretations of the Bolar exemption in the United States, the European
Union, India, and China. By focusing on the consistency of judicial reasoning, the
research seeks to understand the divergence of interpretations which may affect the
access of generic medicines and reflect priorities regarding pharmaceutical innovation
and access to medicines.
