Description
The basis for this research originally stemmed after getting to know the huge development which is taking part in the Artificial Intelligence sector and the change which is taking place in other sector due to the development in the Artificial Intelligence. In this dissertation named Artificial Intelligence and Intellectual Property Rights: A Futuristic Study, we will see that with the development in Artificial Intelligence has it invaded to Intellectual property rights. Will Artificial Intelligence would really get any protection under the IP regime. As Artificial Intelligence is a huge sector in itself we will focus on the legal provisions provided to them under the IP regimes.
