| dc.description | The scope of study by the researcher is to look into the principles of Virtual World/ Metaverse and analyze its potential use in various industries like health, education, real estate and social commerce, it also further looks in the cyberspace and laws related virtual world/metaverse. The scope of the research is research also includes the challenges which might arise in future from the use of metaverse platforms which are highly immersive. The research is limited to only studying impact of metaverse on areas which include IPR issues, avatar security, data protection and privacy and this study does not include its impact on any other sector of law and also on any other area apart from those above mentioned. | |
