Abstract
Judiciary considers as the 'watch-dog' of the Constitution of India, it is the final interpreter of the law and protector of the fundamental right. For that, it is necessary that Judiciary must be Independence and there should no interference by executive and legislature in the field of judiciary.
Description
This research work deals with the task to know that whether NIAC is the threat of Independence of Judiciary. A vast portion of work is the dedicated to the recent judgement which have evolved new dimension in the appointments of judges of Supreme Court and High Court and analysis of the Act 2014 and its criticism.
