While demonstrating the Conventions and policies governing; this paper will dive into the horizon of the “Vienna Convention, Montreal Protocol, Brundtland Commission Report, UNFCC, CBD, Kyoto Protocol, Millennial Development Goals, Sustainable Development Goals, Paris Agreement, Stockholm 50+” to identify the gaps present and critically analyse the present laws concerning UDHR principles in a practical world. The paper shall also on principles such as “Intergenerational Equity And Common But Differentiated Responsibilities”and shall explore the flaws and shortcomings that these principles are apparent in the current setting. Take the example of usa when it decided to Depart from the Paris Agreement; It would just be that simple for any state to completely remove itself of any sort of liabilities and work in the direction of its futile benefits.
