A person becomes refugee because circumstances are beyond that person's control and often poignant. He or she is left with no other option but to flee to some other nation as they suffer from human rights violations, socio-economic and political insecurity, civilwar or ethnic strife all these leading to fear of persecution. Refugee problems have assumed serious proportions involving pain, suffering and misery to millions of people around the world.
